Job Summary

We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Travel Experience Designer to design, develop, and implement personalized travel experiences using artificial intelligence and machine learning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, AI, and user experience design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop personalized travel experiences using AI and ML algorithms

• Work with data scientists to integrate user data, preferences, and behavior into the experience design process

• Design and develop conversational interfaces (chatbots, voice assistants) to interact with customers and provide personalized travel recommendations

• Create immersive and interactive experiences using AR/VR technologies to showcase destinations and activities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and pain points to inform experience design decisions

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, ML, and UX design to continuously improve and innovate our travel experiences

• Strong experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow and proficiency in transformer-based models such as GPT-3/4, T5, BERT, or similar.

• Expertise in NLP techniques, including text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and embeddings.

• Practical experience in developing and fine-tuning LLMs using techniques like distillation, few-shot learning, and policy optimization.

• Deep understanding of data-centric machine learning to enhance model performance with well-structured datasets.

• Experience with AI-driven personalization, search relevance, and ranking systems, particularly in travel or e-commerce domains.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or a related field

• Strong portfolio showcasing experience design work, including AI-powered experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision

• Experience with AI and ML technologies, including natural language processing and computer vision

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements

Nice to Have

• Experience with conversational interface design and development

• Knowledge of AR/VR technologies and their applications in travel and tourism

• Familiarity with travel industry trends and technologies

• Certification in AI, ML, or UX design
