Freelance Job: Bespoke AI engine project

Full Description

We've a project which is going in the opposite direction of AI (on purpose).

Instead of an AI engine which comprises every answer possible, from every component of knowledge and ongoing learning - we are looking to start from scratch - and to only populate the knowledgebase with highly specific topics.

For example, 'football'.

We'd want to create an environment whereby we would be able to uploador link knowledge relative only to 'football'.

The intention is to generate ultra fast, almost instantaneous responses (sub 100ms) without the labour of having to seek responses from a larger knowledgebase, we believe this is entirely plausible.

Our end deployment will be to topic specific environments, e.g. to 'football' websites or call centres, where the responses to the topics can be retrieved in a useful, hyper prompt manner.

What I'm looking for at this moment, is a partner who can give me a summary of how this could be built (which AI components), what interrogation language and, how the knowledge base would be populated.

An idea of skeleton build time for proof of concept and cost to build the skeleton version.
