We increase the average basket size for the largest Shopify merchants with product recommendations.
Our focus is to become the #1 product recommendation app on Shopify.
We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help our Customer Success team solve bugs and build small feature requests.
Our dream hire has works with Devin all day and fixed bugs and ships small feature at breakneck speed.
The goal of your job is that we don't have a backlog for small user stories.
They just get built when requested, within the day.
Experience as a junior full stack engineer working on a Shopify app, knowing Devin and Cursor in and out, and knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem and API's are key.
You will take in feedback from our Custom Success team, propose a solution and send PR's that will be released the same or next day to live customers.
This is a high velocity role!
When there is downtime, you wil build small feature requests we have ready for you.
We Are a Team Of Five.
We Are All Remote And Fully Async.
We Are Power Users Of Slack And Zapier, ChatGPT, Cursor And Devin.
You Will Barely Have Any Meetings And Can Work On Your Own Time.
You Will Be Judged By Your Output, Not The Time Spent Working. You Have Experience With
• Shopify app development and Shopify API's (checkout, functions, orders, customers)
