Qualifications

• Experience:

• 5+ years as a technical business analyst, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or Generative AI projects

• Technical

• Expertise in Gen AI technologies (e.g., GPT, RAG architecture) and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch)

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms(e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships, explain complex AI concepts clearly, and lead cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of SDLC and JIRA

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field

• This role will lead the implementation of Generative AI solutions to enhance investment strategies, automate workflows and streamline operational processes

• Lead AI Initiatives:

• Lead Gen AI projects, from ideation to POC to Production, leveraging tools like GPT Enterprise, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI to address real estate investment management challenges such as document parsing, portfolio risk analysis and valuation of hard to value assets

• Analyze & Optimize Processes:

• Evaluate existing workflows in investment management (e.g., property valuation, cash flow modeling, rent roll data extraction) and propose AI-driven improvements to improve decision-making

• Rapidly prototype AI tools for business user feedback, then scale to production

• Design & Deploy Solutions:

• Work with Technical Architects and Engineers to architect and implement Gen AI solutions, such as automated lease summarization or predictive analytics for property performance

• Collaborate Across Teams:

• Partner with data scientists, developers, and investment managers to gather requirements and deliver tailored, impactful AI driven tools

• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of AI tools

Job Summary

Vichara Technologies, a New York-based leader in financial services technology, is seeking a Gen AI Technical Business Analyst to drive AI-powered innovation for our Real Estate Investment Management client.

This role will lead the implementation of Generative AI solutions to enhance investment strategies, automate workflows and streamline operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Initiatives:

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.

• Familiarity with real estate systems (e.g., Yardi, Argus, CoStar) or financial data feeds is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms(e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Soft Skills:

Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships, explain complex AI concepts clearly, and lead cross-functional teams.

• Project Management:

Knowledge of SDLC and JIRA.

• Education:
