Chief AI Officer

Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. is seeking a visionary Chief AI Officer to lead our AI/ML technology team.

As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our AI/ML strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI/ML strategy that meets business needs and aligns with organizational goals.

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

• Ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the organization.

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and data scientists, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying expertise to inform strategic decisions and drive organizational growth.

Requirements:

• Masters or Ph.

D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field from a recognized university.

• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML technologies, with at least 10+ years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale AI/ML projects and teams.

• Proven track record of implementing cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.).

• Strong understanding of cloud-native AI technologies, big data systems, and distributed computing.

• Experience with AI model deployment pipelines, continuous integration, and delivery (CI/CD).

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.) and machine learning libraries.
