Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join their cutting-edge, fully remote team.

This role is at the forefront of innovation, focused on designing, developing, and deploying advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that will shape the future of our client's products and services.

You will be instrumental in translating complex business problems into scalable AI/ML models and driving the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle.

The primary responsibilities include architecting and building robust machine learning pipelines, developing predictive models, and implementing sophisticated algorithms.

You will leverage your expertise in areas such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning to solve challenging real-world problems.

This role requires a strong foundation in software engineering principles, coupled with a deep understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and algorithm development.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing platforms and develop new intelligent features.

Key duties involve data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

You will also be responsible for monitoring model performance in production, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing retraining strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML models and algorithms.

Build and maintain robust machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, training, and deployment.

Apply expertise in areas such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning to solve complex problems.

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into production systems.

Evaluate model performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary optimizations.

Conduct research on new AI/ML techniques and technologies to drive innovation.

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of deployed ML solutions.

Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Contribute to the overall AI/ML strategy and roadmap of the organization. Stay current with the latest advancements in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Qualifications:

A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Extensive experience with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML services is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality results.

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is advantageous.
