Qualifications

• 2 + years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within an AI/ML or data-driven environment

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools and cloud-based AI platforms

• Knowledge of data warehousing, data governance, and data quality best practices

• Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI and data science teams to develop AI models and solutions

• Develop clear, concise documentation of business processes, workflows, and data requirements to guide AI project development

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions and AI model development

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities for new AI initiatives and optimize existing AI models

• Evaluate the performance and impact of AI models on business processes and KPIs, providing recommendations for optimization and scalability
