To achieve this, we need your expertise as a software engineer with experience in machine learning, AI, and related technical fields.

Key Responsibilities:• Evaluate long-term direction and recommend solutions for our rapid growth.

• Collaborate on key architecture decisions with team members.

• Develop high-quality machine learning models and solutions that align with regulations.

• Regularly collaborate with developers, project managers, and customers to complete projects successfully.

• Participate in code reviews, often in a mentorship role, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.

• Create and refine best practices, coding standards, and documentation to share knowledge and insights with the team.

• Recommend refinements and improvements to our engineering practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering with one or more of the following languages: Python, Ruby, NodeJS, Java, C#.

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, NLP, data mining, artificial intelligence, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading machine learning, deep learning, and AI projects.

• Experience with Open-Source Large Language Models (LLMs) and complementary tools.

• Experience developing machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact.

• Track record of setting technical direction for a team and establishing cross-functional partnerships.

• Experience with containerization, orchestration technologies, and cloud-based services.

• DevOps practices and CI/CD tools experience.

• Proven experience as a solution architect or similar role, focusing on machine learning.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.
