Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent degree
• 5+ years’ experience practicing law, ideally in a corporate setting
• Prior exposure to LLMs or AI tools, ideally for use in legal contexts
• Strong analysis and reasoning skills
• Strong English language skills
• Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• The role is remote and open to U.S.-based candidates (excluding California and Illinois)
• It is ideal for candidates who can work 5+ hours per day, 2+ days per week

Benefits

• Pay is $15 per accepted task, with typical contributors completing 4–6 tasks per hour, depending on task complexity
• Successful contributors who work at least 10 hours per week are anticipated to yield $45-$75 per hour

HireArt is partnering with an AI innovation initiative seeking practicing and non-practicing Lawyers to support the evaluation and improvement of law-focused AI tasks.

In this role, you’ll use your legal precision and analytical reasoning across contracts, compliance, and legal interpretation to help ensure that prompts, evaluations, and AI-generated responses accurately reflect real-world legalpractices.

You’ll work within clear guidelines to provide domain-accurate inputs and review outputs for correctness.
