IT Manager – AI, RPA & Automation

Full Description

Key Requirements AI, Machine Learning & Python • Lead and support the design and deployment of AI/ML models, including LLM-based implementations, to enhance operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications for automation, analytics, and system integration.

• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) • Implement and manage RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Python-based RPA tools.

• Drive automation initiatives in warehouse and supply chain processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

• Monitor and optimize bot performance, ensuring scalability and security. ERP & Application Modernization • Support the modernization of SAP and ERP processes, integrating automation and analytics.

• Oversee migration of legacy .

NET applications to modern frameworks such as .

NET Core and Angular.

• Ensure integration of ERP and automation tools with existing business systems. IT Operations & Support • Assist the Senior IT Manager in supervising day-to-day IT operations.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance IT systems to ensure smooth business continuity.

• Support in training employees on new technologies and automation solutions.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5–8 years of IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in AI/RPA/automation projects. Technical Skills • Strong programming in Python; exposure to AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).

• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism).

• Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps practices. Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
