At Abexsun, the Property & Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the management and sales of boys' and girls' hostel facilities.

With a strong focus on ensuring top-quality cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards, this position demands a proactive approach to property management combined with effective sales strategies.

The manager is responsible for building and nurturing positive relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions, driving lead generation, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Leading a small team, the manager coordinates operations to deliver an exceptional living experience while maximizing occupancy rates.

This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in real estate management, sales strategy, and hostel operations.

The Property & Sales Manager conducts property tours to highlight the amenities and benefits of the hostels to prospective residents.

By addressing resident concerns promptly and working closely with maintenance and support staff, the manager ensures high satisfaction levels and maintains comprehensive occupancy records and reporting. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are essential to successfully manage the team and meet the company’s operational and sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property management operations for boys' and girls' hostel facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are consistently met.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and increase hostel occupancy.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.

• Conduct property tours to showcase hostel amenities and benefits to prospective residents and their families.

• Manage and resolve resident concerns promptly and efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

• Coordinate with maintenance and support staff to address facility upkeep, repairs, and improvements in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate occupancy records, track bookings, and prepare regular reports on property status and sales performance.

• Lead and manage a team of two staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational and sales objectives.

• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies and improve hostel positioning.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to property management and tenant relations.
