We’re Hiring: BDM in Dubai – Sell Digital Marketing, Brand development, Automations & AI Solutions.
Location: Dubai (Remote / Hybrid)

We’re now entering aggressive growth mode in Dubai, and we’re looking for a commission‑based BDM who knows how to hunt, pitch, and close — and wants to earn every single month from the clients they bring in.
💼 Your Role
You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing B2B clients who need results‑driven marketing, automation, and AI solutions.
You’ll be the face of our agency in Dubai — and the growth engine driving new business.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and close B2B clients across industries (Real Estate, Healthcare, E‑Commerce, Education, etc.)
• Sell our complete range of services:
• Performance Marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB/IG), Linked In Ads, Snapchat Ads, Tik Tok Ads
• Organic Growth: SEO (on‑page/off‑page/technical), GMB optimization
• Social Media Management: Strategy, content, posting, community management
• AI Solutions: Custom AI integrations for marketing, automation, analytics, chatbots
• Marketing Automation: Whats App bulk messaging, CRM workflows, email flows
• Production Services: Catalogue shoots, model shoots, branding films, TVC productions (via in‑house team)
• Generate qualified leads through Linked In outreach, email campaigns, personal networking, referrals
• Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, proposal building, negotiation, closing
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with weekly reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, dev, production) to tailor solutions and proposals
• Stay updated with market trends & competitor insights to sharpen positioning
Qualifications
• 2+ years in B2B business development (preferably in marketing, SaaS, or tech)
• Must hold a valid UAE (Dubai) visa & be legally eligible to work in UAE
• Must currently reside in Dubai
• Knows how to pitch digital marketing & automation services confidently
• Dubai market knowledge or strong network is a major plus
• Hungry, independent, self‑driven, obsessed with hitting targets
• Fluent in English & a strong communicator
Compensation
• 100% Commission‑Based (no fixed salary initially)
• Monthly recurring commission on every client you bring — paid as long as the client stays
• High‑ticket service = high earning potential, zero cap on earnings
• Future opportunities for retainers or leadership roles for top performers
