Qualifications

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in technology delivery, including engineering leadership, architecture, or data/AI program execution
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in leading AI, data, or cloud platform programs with measurable outcomes

  • Engineering experience with AI-driven DevEx tooling (Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev) and edge/containerized AI
  • Demonstrated thought leadership or published innovation work

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Grow High-Performing Delivery Teams
  • Manage architects, engineers, analysts, and cross-functional squads across regions
  • Define capability uplift strategies, hands-on AI upskilling journeys, and architecture guardrails for responsible GenAI adoption
  • Provide coaching, staffing leadership, and performance management across complex engagements
  • Implement AI architectures for typical Utility use cases such as reliability prediction, grid analytics, asset health insights, field service optimization, workforce augmentation, and customer engagement automation
  • Lead delivery across multi-tower workstreams (e.g. AMI, CIS, OMS/DMS integrations, asset management, grid modernization, and enterprise data platforms)
  • Build collaborative and inclusive delivery cultures that reward experimentation and continuous improvement
  • Lead Enterprise AI Delivery at Scale
  • Own end-to-end delivery for AI, GenAI, and agentic AI programs across cloud platforms (including Azure, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric)
  • Lead multi-team engineering execution across distributed, offshore, and nearshore delivery hubs
  • Establish delivery governance, sprint cadence, KPI tracking, dependency management, and quality assurance
  • Bring AI-first delivery patterns — rapid prototyping, autonomous testing agents, AI-accelerated development tooling — into real-world client environments
  • Architect and Implement Scalable AI Solutions
  • Translate business requirements into actionable GenAI and agentic AI architectures
  • Design multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, vectorized retrieval layers, and AI-over-BI patterns
  • Implement secure, compliant, and responsible AI guardrails across models, data, and workflows
  • Utilize modern DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), and API-first engineering to build production-ready platforms
  • Drive Technology Strategy and Execution Excellence
  • Shape AI delivery roadmaps, sequencing of use cases, backlog structures, and value realization plans
  • Engage C-suite and technology leaders as a trusted advisor on AI platform strategy, engineering tradeoffs, and architecture decisions
  • Introduce engineering accelerators (Cursor, Copilot, v0.dev, AI-driven documentation/testing) to increase velocity and reduce cycle time
  • Bring startup-style delivery behaviors — short-cycle validation, iterative build, rapid MVP definition — into enterprise-scale programs
  • Support Pre-Sales, Solutioning, and Market Growth in Resources with a focus on Utilities
  • Shape proposals, architectures, and delivery models for major AI and GenAI pursuits
  • Provide thought leadership, demos, and proof-of-concepts showcasing emerging AI patterns (cloud-scale and edge AI)
  • Partner with industry and functional teams to position AI-led reinvention within broader enterprise transformations

You Are: An AI Associate Director in Resources Utilities Technology Delivery Lead.

The Work:
