Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior or Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-driven systems across the platform. You will play a key role in defining how intelligence is embedded into workflows, from data ingestion to reasoning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG pipelines for structured and unstructured data

• Build and evaluate prompt engineering strategies for production systems

• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs where appropriate

• Design agent-based systems using frameworks such as Google ADK or similar

• Implement multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling, and memory patterns

• Collaborate on system architecture and AI infrastructure decisions

• Optimize AI pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost

• Contribute to long-term AI strategy and technical roadmap

• Problem solving and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in AI / ML engineering or applied research

• Strong understanding of: LLMs and transformers, RAG architectures, Prompt engineering and evaluation, Fine-tuning techniques

• Hands-on experience with agent-based LLM frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)

• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (training, inference, evaluation)

• Strong Python development skills

• Experience with data preprocessing and manipulation

• Familiarity with production AI systems and tradeoffs

Nice to Have

• C++ and/or Go experience

• Distributed systems or back-end engineering background

• Experience deploying AI systems at scale and some MLOps experience

• Linux and DevOps exposure

• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval systems

• Research mindset and curiosity
