Responsibilities
- This individual will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless experience for employees across multiple time zones, working across hardware, software, and network systems
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests (hardware, software, systems access, etc.)z
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, including configuring laptops, provisioning accounts, and setting up access
- Support and troubleshoot MacOS and Windows machines across remote and hybrid environments
- Maintain our inventory of devices and software licenses
- Collaborate with our security team to ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices
- Assist with the setup and support of audio/visual needs for meetings and presentations
- Monitor network performance and support VPN, cloud platforms, and remote desktop tools
- Document and update internal IT processes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
- Assist with special IT projects (e.g., system upgrades, tool rollouts, office expansions)
- Ownership & Accountability: Drive projects to completion with high standards and proactive problem-solving

About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented IT Associate to support the day-to-day technology needs of our growing team.
