• Monitor and track content performance to ensure creators are rewarded based on performance
• Create and send onboarding emails, program updates, and performance reports, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Provide creators with assistance in optimizing their bots for improved content creation and performance

Job Summary:

Cantina Labs is a new social platform founded by Sean Parker, focused on AI character creation and interaction. The Creator Operations Intern will support the Botfluencer Program, which aims to scale AI-driven influencer marketing by managing bot-led social media accounts and optimizing content for better engagement.
