Key Responsibilities

• Application and development of AI algorithms for interpreting omics data and understanding disease biology.

• Collaborate with a team of bioinformaticians, AI researchers, and biologists to identify new drug targets and biomarkers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sequence-based analysis, such as gene regulation, RNA structure, sequence motifs, DNA-protein binding, etc.

• Experience in analyzing transcriptomics, single cell RNA-seq, genomics, and epigenomics data.

• Experience in developing deep learning models, with a preference for those familiar with CNN, RNN, Transformer, or autoencoders.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or any related fields.
