Transportation Director of Artificial Intelligence Join our team as the Transportation Director of Artificial Intelligence at HDR .

This role is a high-impact leadership position within our Transportation Business Group (TBG), responsible for defining and implementing the AI strategy across transportation projects and services. Collaborate with leadership, IT, and technology teams to scale AI solutions, develop best practices, and embed AI as a core revenue-generating area.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a multi-year AI roadmap aligned with TBG goals.

Lead AI program growth, including talent acquisition, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.

Partner with project teams and IT to integrate AI into workflows.

Establish AI standards, governance, and risk mitigation practices.
