Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Verifier, based in Rawalpindi. The Verifier will be responsible for verifying customer information for programs such as Medicare, Final Expense, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), Day-to-day tasks include reviewing customer information, ensuring accuracy, verifying data points, managing calls effectively, and consistently adhering to quality standards and protocols provided by the organization.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Strategic Partnerships

• Experience selling into Healthcare, MedTech, Digital Health, Health IT, or other regulated industries

• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and modern sales technology as part of daily work

• Comfortable learning and selling technical or data-driven products

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals personally

• Startup or early-market experience preferred

This role requires regular use of AI and modern sales tools. Candidates uncomfortable with AI-assisted workflows may find this role challenging.Compensation & Equity

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (Houston-based market range)

• Commission: Competitive, uncapped commission on closed and collected revenue

• Commission framework finalized within the first 30–60 days, aligned with real deal dynamics

• Equity: 0.5% – 1.0% equity with standard vesting
