Role Description

We are looking for a part-time Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator to join our team in Hong Kong SAR.

This is a hybrid role, allowing for a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility.

The coordinator will manage supply chain operations, including inventory management and logistics.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating shipments, managing supplier communication, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and analyzing data to optimize processes.

Providing excellent customer service and collaborating across teams will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize supply chain processes

• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with suppliers, customers, and internal teams

• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to ensure accurate tracking and efficient operations

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, with strong organization and problem-solving skills

• Experience with supply chain software or tools is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
