Remuneration: Base pay MYR 7,000 to 10,000.

Job Description: As a resourceful, fluent English‑speaking AI Account Manager (Senior GTM Exec), you will play a crucial role in using our proprietary AI technology to deliver results that exceed the expectations of our customers.

You will be responsible for closing deals, as well as identifying and qualifying prospects & generating leads by setting up discovery meetings or calls for our customers via email campaigns and cold calling.

This is in partnership with our GTM engineer, to jointly reinvent the Sales function in the era of AI and contribute inputs towards the building of Agentic AI workflows & automation.

This role requires a proactive and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Hit Quota by closing deals

• Present plan to achieve quota and close deals every month.

• Lead Research & Prospecting

• Research and identify potential leads across LinkedIn, Google, etc. with the aid of AI tools.

• Enrich contacts via leading tools & obtain verified contacts.

• Research and profile key decision‑makers at target companies.

• Set up and execute hyper‑personalised outbound email campaigns using our AI tools and email marketing/automation platforms (e.g. Instantly, Lemlist, Mailjet).

• Analyse email campaigns, optimise email automation and act on signals with cold calls.

• Coordinate and schedule follow‑ups with interested prospects and our customers.

• Cold Calling & Lead Qualification

• Make cold calls in fluent English.

• Qualify the lead, gather key information, and book meetings or calls for our customers.

• Handle objections professionally and build rapport with prospects.

• Maintain CRM hygiene and Customer reporting

• Maintain CRM hygiene via data accuracy in CRM and other systems.

• Organise lead data clearly and track progress.

• Provide Customer reporting related to outreach efforts with our AI tools and adjust campaigns as per discussions & strategic realignment with customers to maximise impact and customer satisfaction.

Success in this role means a) meeting or exceeding pipeline and quota goals and contributing to the overall success of the sales team by generating qualified discovery meetings for the customers’ Account Executives and b) in‑depth collaboration with our GTM engineer to analyse & identify critical paths, bottlenecks and jointly invent new AI agentic workflows.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English – this is non‑negotiable as cold calling is a key part of the role.

• Minimum of 2+ years of strong experience in sales outreach & lead generation.

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in closing deals remotely via video calls.

• Proven ability to make professional cold calls and handle client conversations with confidence.

• Familiarity with Cybersecurity & IT/Technology sales is a must.

• Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic campaign setup and sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.

• Self‑motivated, resourceful, and reliable – able to work independently and hit deadlines.
