We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director, AI Advisory to lead our AI strategy and consulting engagements with C-suite clients at the company, an industry leader in artificial intelligence.

This role will be critical in shaping AI roadmaps, advising on large-scale transformations, and growing a high-performing team of consultants and data scientists.

The ideal candidate combines deepbusiness acumen with a strong understanding of AI technologies, governance, and adoption dynamics.

What You'll Do:

• Client Leadership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on AI strategy, adoption, and impact.

• Lead complex AI transformation engagements from opportunity assessment through to execution.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to business leaders and stakeholders.

• Strategy Development

• Design and deliver AI maturity assessments, strategic roadmaps, operating models, and use case portfolios.

• Guide clients on responsible AI, data governance, and risk management.

• Thought Leadership

• Represent the company in client briefings and, as required, at conferences and panels.

• Develop intellectual capital including whitepapers, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Practice Development

• Build and scale the functional practice (e.g., Energy, Healthcare), including product offerings and delivery capabilities.

• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants and AI specialists.

• Commercial Growth

• Support business development through proposal creation, client presentations, and opportunity scoping.

• Drive revenue growth by cultivating long-term client relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

• 10+ years in management consulting, technology advisory, or digital transformation, with at least 3 years focused on AI or advanced analytics.

• Proven track record of leading high-impact engagements with enterprise clients.

• Deep knowledge of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, generative AI), and their practical applications.

• Understanding of AI governance, risk, and regulatory considerations.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.

• Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PhD is a plus.

Great Pluses / Preferred Experience:

• Industry specialization in healthcare, construction, land resources management, energy, or public sector.

• Experience working in or advising AI/ML teams and data platforms.
