Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Corporate Trainer – Advanced Financial Analytics & AI (Python) located in Karāchi. The Corporate Trainer will deliver advanced financial analytics and AI training sessions, focusing on applying Python in financial data analysis.

Responsibilities include creating and delivering tailored training programs, developing course materials, identifying individual learning needs, and staying updated with industry trends in finance and AI to ensure training content is relevant and cutting-edge.

Key Responsibility:

• Deliver instructor-led training on:

• Python for Financial Analysis, AI, ML & Predictive Analytics

• Budgets, Cashflow Forecasting & Management Accounts

• Generative AI for Finance Analysts

• AI-Driven Financial Automation, Forecasting & Optimization

• Design industry-relevant curriculum, case studies, and datasets

• Conduct hands-on labs, projects, and real financial modeling exercises

• Mentor participants and provide practical guidance on real-world finance use cases

• Support learners with best practices, frameworks, and career-oriented insights

• Collaborate on course structure, assessments, and certification standards

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Business Analytics

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

• Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn, Scikit-learn)

• Financial Modeling, Forecasting & Cashflow Management

• Machine Learning for financial predictions

• Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, LLM-based workflows) for finance

• Experience delivering corporate training, workshops, or professional education

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical finance professionals

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in banking, consulting, corporate finance, or analytics firms

• Experience using Power BI / Excel / SQL alongside Python

• International training or corporate client exposure

• Certifications in Finance, Data Science, or AI (preferred, not mandatory)

• Expertise in Finance and Financial Planning, with practical experience in financial data analysis and its application

• Strong background in Training and Teaching, with the ability to effectively deliver complex financial concepts

• Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices

• Knowledge of advanced analytics, Python programming, and AI tools relevant to the financial domain

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Prior experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar instructional role is preferred

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
