Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a related degree program (Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or similar)
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and digital marketing
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Midjourney, Leonardo, ElevenLabs, Suno or similar platforms
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
• Real-world experience working directly with a CEO on AI projects
• Deep understanding of how AI is transforming digital marketing
• This role requires a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and/ or 1 to 5 PM shift at our Downtown Los Angeles office
• Reliability and punctuality are essential

Position Overview

We're looking for a driven AI Projects Assistant to work directly with our CEO on innovative AI-driven marketing initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the advent of artificial intelligence and digital marketing while working in a fast-paced, forward-thinking, andentrepreneurial environment.
