Compensation: $2,000/mo Retainer + Uncapped 20% Commission

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Los Angeles Preferred)

Type: Contract / Fractional (High Autonomy)

THE OPPORTUNITY (STEALTH): We are a venture-backed technology company building the "OS" for Real World Service Logistics.

• We are funded by tier-one VCs and are 2x founders with previous experience in the consumer tech space.

• Our product islive and we are now aggressively scaling our first B2B vertical.

The Role: We are hiring a Founding Sales Partner to own our expansion into the Addiction Treatment & Recovery sector.

THE MISSION: Residential Treatment Centers (RTCs), Detox facilities, and IOPs require reliable therapeutic wellness programming (Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Somatic Movement) to support patient recovery and maintain census.

We have built the first turnkey, tech-enabled platform that manages this entirely by providing the certified talent, the scheduling, the compliance documentation, and the operational reliability instantly.

Your Job: Take this "Wellness OS" to your existing network of Facility Owners and Program Directors in Southern California.

The Goal: Close 1–3 facility contracts per month.

THE COMPENSATION (THE DEAL):

We are looking for a "Hunter" who wants maximum upside, backed by a launch pad.

• Guaranteed Retainer: $2,000/month to cover your expenses while you build your pipeline.

• Aggressive Commission: You earn 20% of Year 1 Gross Revenue on every deal you close.

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): Closing just 1 deal per month puts you at $140,000+ annualized.
