The Role

We are seeking a versatile Operations & Account Manager to join our core team.

You will bridge the gap between world-class entrepreneurs and global investors, ensuring our deal flow and internal processes run seamlessly.

• Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

Deal Refinement:

Review executive summaries and pitch decks to ensure they are investor-ready.

Investor Relations:

Research, source, and build relationships with global investors; coordinate 1-on-1 meetings across various time zones.

Deal Execution:

Participate in investor calls, provide founder feedback, and manage the closing process from start to finish.

Data Integrity:

Maintain investor databases (Excel/Sheets), track outreach, manage email accounts, and prevent duplicate approaches.

Operations

Workflow Optimization:

Identify efficiencies in our tech deal pipeline and customer experience.

Financial Admin:

Manage client invoicing, renewals, and payment follow-ups.

Growth & Culture:

Help define role frameworks and development paths to empower the team as we scale.

CEO Support:

Execute strategic operational tasks as directed by the CEO.

Requirements

Industry Experience:

Proven background in the tech startup scene, working directly with entrepreneurs or investors.

Skillset:

Highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing complex datasets.

Mindset:

Passionate about global entrepreneurship and AI-driven scale.
