Customer Outcomes Lead
What do these three companies have in common?
• A company that processes 1 trillion in transactions annually.
• An investment manager approaching $1 trillion under management.

They all want to deploy AutoRFP.ai and they're waiting on us to make it happen.
The opportunity
We have more enterprise interest than we can serve.
That's not a problem we're solving eventually.
It's the problem we're solving now.
We're hiring someone to own the implementation and success of the fastest growing companies on earth through to established F500 customers.
You'll take them from signed contract through deployment, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
The relationships you build and grow pay you directly one month's contract value per renewal, uncapped.
This is our third Outcomes hire in North America.
Our first joined as Vancouver hire #2, worked out of what was essentially a closet, and now runs F500 implementations back-to-back.
He's building the team around him.
You'd be part of that foundation.
What we've built
AutoRFP.ai automates RFP and security questionnaire responses.
The product works.
People write to us about how the platform has changed their careers.
We're profitable.
No VC. The founders know the problem because they lived it, and we're building this for the long term not for an exit, but because the work matters.
24 months in. 40+ countries.
Growing 15% month-over-month.
Vancouver has 6 people today.
We'll likely be triple that by end of year in a new office.
The role
You'll implement and manage enterprise accounts.
The goal in your first 12 months: own at least $2M in ARR across your book.
Right now we run 1-2 new implementations per week.
In six months, we need to run 1-2 per day.
You'll help us figure out how building tools, processes, and resources as we scale.
You'll work directly with founders and the entire team.
No professional managers.
No approval chains.
You own your work, you execute it however you see fit, and you're compensated based on outcomes.
Compensation
Year one OTE (with ramp): $150k-$180k
Year two with a full book: $200k+
What this becomes
The people who join now will shape how AI gets deployed at the largest companies in the world.
That's not marketing language.
That's the actual job.
Where this leads is up to you: leadership, larger accounts, product, operations.
The first Outcomes hire is already building his team.
There's no ceiling here except the one you set.
Do this well for two years and you'll have a track record that speaks for itself.

High ambiguity.
We don't have standard operating procedures for most of what we do.
We figure it out together, in the trenches.
