What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with AI experience to lead the development of our core platform.

You will own key parts of our stack, from backend infrastructure to AI-powered features, and help bring our vision to life with precision, reliability, and creativity.

You’ll be a trusted partner in building this platform — someone who values integrity, accountability, and collaboration as much as technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the full-stack web platform (frontend + backend)

Integrate AI features for lead generation, scoring, and marketing insights

Implement freemium vs. premium subscription logic

Set up user profiles, property listings, and matching systems

Add CRM, ad management, and secure payment gateways

Maintain, update, and improve AI/ML features

Provide daily progress updates and weekly video demos

Collaborate closely with the founder to align engineering decisions with business goals

Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability from day one

Required Skills & Experience

Frontend: React.js, Next.js (Vercel deployment mandatory)

Backend: Node.js or Python

CMS: Strapi or similar

Hosting: Vercel and/or Render

AI/ML: Proven experience integrating AI models for lead scoring, marketing, or recommendation systems

Tools: Git, Stripe, CRM integrations, modern dev workflows

Experience: 3+ years full-stack experience with at least 1 year building AI-driven features

Communication & Ownership: Exceptional collaboration skills, daily accountability, and proactive problem-solving
