We are looking for a highly skilled AI Specialist who can support our company’s technical infrastructure while driving the adoption of AI-based tools and automations. This role combines traditional IT responsibilities with modern AI implementation, making it ideal for someone who is both technically strong and innovation-driven.

Your Responsibilities

AI Integration & Automation

• Implement AI tools and workflows to increase operational efficiency

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI solutions

• Maintain and optimize internal AI applications, prompts, and workflows

• Support teams in adopting AI tools (training, onboarding, troubleshooting)

• Collaborate with departments to develop custom AI use cases

Technical Project Support

• Assist in planning and executing IT-related and AI-driven projects

• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and vendors

• Work closely with management to align IT and AI strategies with company goals

IT Support & Infrastructure

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure

• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to ensure smooth daily operations

• Oversee system updates, backups, and IT asset management

Your Profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Proven experience in IT support and systems management

• Strong understanding of AI tools and platforms (e.g., GPT models, automation tools, AI based Support) including best practices for their effective implementation in business workflows.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices

• Experience with cloud systems (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.)

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members

• Strong problem-solving skills, structured working style, and reliability

• A structured and independent way of working.

• Enthusiasm for new technologies and continuous learning.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
