A fast-growing AI company building automation for financial compliance is hiring an Operations Lead to work directly with the CEO across strategy, GTM, product, and internal operations.

This is a true 0 1 role for someone who's entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable owning problems end-to-end.

What you'll do:

Partner with leadership on strategy, operations, and company-wide priorities

Prepare and participate in sales calls, demos, and industry conferences

Improve internal processes and help expand the product into new markets

Build foundations for future hiring across GTM, product, and customer success

Identify bottlenecks, design solutions, and execute independently with high quality

You're a strong fit if you have:
