Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch), NLP techniques, and model operations (MLOps).Demonstrated ability to lead AI solution design from concept through implementation
• Experience with unstructured data (e.g., PDFs, text, scanned documents) and document understanding models
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and architecture principles
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with GenAI technologies (e.g., LLMs, embeddings, vector search)
• Familiarity with enterprise automation tools and RPA platforms
• Prior experience working in Fin Tech, investor communications, or regulated industries

We are seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking AI Engineer to join our Architecture team and take a lead role in driving AI adoption across the enterprise.
