Responsibilities

  • Support the operational management of AI projects and initiatives across multiple business functions
  • Coordinate data collection, cleaning, labeling, and preprocessing activities for AI models
  • Assist in monitoring AI model performance, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards
  • Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs, and report progress to management
  • Help maintain AI systems, tools, and platforms in accordance with operational best practices
  • Support continuous process improvement and adherence to ethical AI guidelines
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align AI operational efforts with business objectives

Full Description

We are seeking a versatile and highly organized AI Operations Generalist to support day-to-day AI program operations, data management, and project coordination in a fully remote environment.

The successful candidate will assist in operationalizing AI initiatives, ensuring process efficiency, and supporting cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of AI solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the operational management of AI projects and initiatives across multiple business functions

Coordinate data collection, cleaning, labeling, and preprocessing activities for AI models

Assist in monitoring AI model performance, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards

Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and operational procedures

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment
