Responsibilities

  • Biostate AI is seeking an outgoing, personable, and creative Digital Media & PR Intern to support short-form video content creation, with a strong emphasis on street interviews and on-camera interactions
  • This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable approaching people, asking engaging questions, and helping capture authentic, human-centered moments for short videos
  • Additional responsibilities may include assisting with video editing, content planning, and digital media coordination
  • Conduct friendly, on-camera street interviews for short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Approach and engage members of the public confidently and respectfully to capture natural, conversational responses
  • Help brainstorm and script simple interview prompts and video concepts
  • Assist with filming short-form content in public or event settings
  • Support video editing and post-production (if skilled), including trimming clips, adding captions, and formatting for social platforms
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest creative ways to adapt interview-based content

Role Overview

Biostate AI is seeking an outgoing, personable, and creative Digital Media & PR Intern to support short-form video content creation, with a strong emphasis on street interviews and on-camera interactions.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable approaching people, asking engaging questions, and helping capture authentic, human-centered moments for short videos.

Additional responsibilities may include assisting with video editing, content planning, and digital media coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct friendly, on-camera street interviews for short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

• Approach and engage members of the public confidently and respectfully to capture natural, conversational responses

• Help brainstorm and script simple interview prompts and video concepts

Assist with filming short-form content in public or event settings

• Support video editing and post-production (if skilled), including trimming clips, adding captions, and formatting for social platforms

• Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest creative ways to adapt interview-based content

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master’s student (communications, media, marketing, journalism, or STEM majors welcome)

• Strong interpersonal skills — friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with strangers on camera

• Interest in content creation, social media, and storytelling

• Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Final Cut, etc.) is a plus but not required

• Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, creative environments

• Willingness to learn about biotech and AI (no prior background required)
