Qualifications

  • This role requires strong AI/ML expertise paired with hands-on software development experience
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
  • 3+ years of AI/ML experience (professional or academic)
  • Strong experience with Agile, DevOps/DevSecOps practices
  • AWS development experience; AWS SageMaker required
  • Programming experience with Python, R, Scala, or Spark
  • Experience with NLP, sentiment analysis, classification, or pattern recognition
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, CNTK, Caffe, scikit-learn, Gluon, etc
  • Familiarity with GenAI technologies, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI guardrails
  • Experience working with VectorDBs and data infrastructure supporting GenAI pipelines

Description: Our client is seeking a Sr.

AI/ML Developer to expand the use of Artificial Intelligence across customer-facing and employee-facing digital experiences. This role requires strong AI/ML expertise paired with hands-on software development experience.

Responsibilities:

• Grow the clients AI capabilities across multiple business units.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
