Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited is a DIFC-based AI innovation firm helping SMEs grow revenue using AI-powered marketing, lead generation and appointment-setting systems.

We are hiring a Sales Closer in Dubai who can drive new business from day one and ensure we work only with qualified, serious clients who value results and are ready to invest.

Responsibilities

• Win new business for our AI powered revenue growth services across sectors such as restaurants, clinics, real estate and other SMEs.

• Qualify leads rigorously and focus our time on decision makers with budget and intent, not misaligned prospects.

• Own the full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, discovery, proposals, negotiation and closing.

• Clearly communicate value and defend our pricing and positioning without unnecessary discounting.

• Protect founder time by bringing forward only mature opportunities with a clear business case.

• Maintain a structured pipeline and consistently hit monthly revenue and closing targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B sales experience in Dubai (marketing, advertising, tech, SaaS, consulting or similar services).

• Proven track record of closing deals, not just "managing relationships" or "supporting sales".

• Strong qualification and objection handling skills; comfortable walking away from bad fit opportunities.

• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory). Other languages are a plus, not a requirement.

• High ownership mindset: you operate independently, think commercially and move fast.

• Comfortable working directly with founders in a lean, growth focused environment.
