Responsibilities
- This role offers a unique opportunity to shape processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and help build the company's administrative foundation as they scale
- The Executive Assistant will partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team, primarily the CEO, and provide support to three senior leaders
- Establish & build out new processes and shape the company's administrative function
- Mainly support the CEO and additional members of the leadership team
- Expertly prioritize their time, oversee calendar management, organize meetings, and address scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate travel and prepare itineraries
- Manage email inbox and respond to internal & external communications with urgency & professionalism
- Plan company events, offsites, and meetings
- Keep track of projects, note important action items, and send corresponding follow-ups
- Prepare presentations and meeting materials
- Track and process expenses
- Work cohesively with Office Manager and other team members
Full Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and help build the company's administrative foundation as they scale.
The Executive Assistant will partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team, primarily the CEO, and provide support to three senior leaders.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the techstartup space, with VC backed startup experience highly preferred. They will be a self-starter who can thrive in a high-growth environment and have a strategic & process-oriented mindset.
