As a pioneer of global distributed collaboration with over 1200 colleagues in 75+ countries and primarily remote roles, we conduct in-person team meetings two to four times a year in various global locations to align on our strategy and execution.

The Product Management team consists of technologists passionate about delivering solutions that shape market demands while promoting open source software.
As a Product Manager, you will set a clear vision, prioritize work effectively, and lead a team to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of both users and the business.
This is an open application track for product management roles at the company, covering various domains including AI/ML solutions, IoT, cloud services, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the product development lifecycle by reviewing priorities and goals for your product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Communicate your product vision, status, and key decisions to ensure alignment within teams.
• Oversee product usability testing and iterate to improve user experience.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and provide product documentation and training.
• Participate in customer interactions and feedback sessions to support sales efforts.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional academic results in high school and university.
• Understanding of Linux and the open source software community.
• Knowledge of computer architecture and application development.
• Strong passion for writing about technologies.
• Strong work ethic and alignment with the open source movement.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• For senior roles, prior product management experience in the software industry is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 4 times a year for company events.
Work Conditions:
• Home-based role within the EMEA time zone.
• Expected travel for company events up to two weeks long, four times a year.
Language Requirements:
• Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
