We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead solution delivery, presales, and technical execution across our strategic portfolio.

Role Overview

The Technical Manager will lead solution architecture, technical delivery, project execution, and team performance across multiple engagements.

This role requires deep technical knowledge across at least two CTS domains, combined with strong leadership, decision-making, and client management abilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy

• Lead and manage technical teams delivering solutions across all the CTS core domains.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.

• Define technology roadmaps, best practices, and technical governance frameworks.

• Support business development with technical leadership, client presentations, and proposal development.

Solution Delivery & Architecture

• Architect and oversee implementation of solutions in Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, BPA, and Robotics (based on expertise).

• Review and validate architecture designs, integration approaches, and security models.

• Drive high-quality project delivery with attention to scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Resolve complex technical issues and guide engineers through critical problem-solving.

Team Management

• Manage and mentor multi-disciplinary technical teams.

• Conduct periodic technical training sessions to uplift internal capabilities.

• Assign, monitor, and evaluate team tasks and ensure balanced workloads and on-time delivery.

Client Engagement

• Lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution demo sessions with clients.

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into solution proposals.

• Support presales activities including RFP reviews, solution presentations, and pricing inputs.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption for CTS solutions.

• Lead PoCs, pilot projects, and new solution accelerators across CTS offerings.

• Contribute to building reusable assets, frameworks, and knowledge-base materials.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of total professional experience in technology, software engineering, architecture, or IT services.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Manager, Solution Architect, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role.

• Must have expertise in at least 3 CTS core capabilities:

• Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)

• Cybersecurity (SOC, SIEM, Identity, Zero Trust, security architecture)

• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

• Data Analytics & Data Engineering

• Business Process Automation

• Robotics (software or hardware integration)

• Strong background in enterprise architecture, solution design, and technical leadership.

• Experience handling multi-vendor coordination, large-scale implementations, and client-facing engagements.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven track record of leading diverse engineering teams and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or RPA are a strong advantage.

• Experience working with government, banking, telecom, retail, or smart city projects.

• Strong understanding of industry compliance, data governance, and security frameworks.

• Ability to build prototypes, PoCs, and technical accelerators to support presales.
