🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Laravel Engineer (GenAI Exposure)

We’re expanding our engineering team and are looking for a Senior Laravel Engineer who takes full ownership of backend-heavy systems and is comfortable integrating GenAI-powered features into real production products.

This is not a ticket-based role—you’ll own systems end-to-end,work directly with stakeholders, and ship features that materially impact the business.

💻 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain Laravel-based applications used in real production environments

• Own backend systems end-to-end: architecture, implementation, optimization, and maintenance

• Integrate GenAI/LLM capabilities (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, custom AI services) into existing and new products

• Collaborate directly with product owners and clients to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, background jobs, queues, and event-driven workflows

• Manage data models, migrations, and performance tuning for relational databases

• Proactively identify architectural risks, scalability concerns, and edge cases before they become problems

• Ensure security, reliability, and performance across all services

🛠 Core Tech Stack

• Backend: Laravel (PHP 8+), REST APIs

• Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL

• Caching & Queues: Redis, Laravel Queues

• AI Integrations: LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)

• Version Control: Git

• Infrastructure: Linux-based servers, basic cloud environments

⭐ Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows (chatbots, copilots, automation agents)

• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or semantic search concepts

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Experience scaling Laravel applications under real production load

• Strong command of Laravel and PHP, with real production experience

• Proven ability to own systems independently from concept to deployment

• Comfort integrating and working with GenAI APIs and AI-driven features

• Clear communicator who can work directly with clients and stakeholders

• Strong architectural thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to manage scope, priorities, and deadlines without micromanagement

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
