Support project delivery operations and manage data annotator teams at Chemin, a leading AI-enabled tech company in Malaysia.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing operational support to Project Delivery Executives to ensure timely, high-quality project completion

• Assisting with operational tasks for project setup

• Developing project guidelines and planning

• Completing projectadministrative tasks per client and internal standards

• Guiding remote annotators via internal communication platforms and resolving project-specific queries

• Performing thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy

About You

The company is looking for:

• Entry-level candidates with 0-2 years of project management experience in any capacity

• Possession of or working towards a relevant degree (Business Studies, Engineering, BA, or other professional degrees); all educational backgrounds welcome, including students and fresh graduates

• Technical competence in Google Suites, especially spreadsheets

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Attention to detail with high accuracy and reliability

• Fast learner, self-driven, results-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• Resourcefulness in problem-solving and tackling new challenges

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese

• Bonus: project management experience in any capacity and proficiency in other languages

Compensation & Benefits

• RM14 per hour
