Support AI data labeling project delivery with cross-team collaboration at Chemin, a leader in AI data infrastructure.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support execution of client projects including setup, quality checks, and annotator coordination

• Assist in building project documentation, guides, trackers, and standard workflows

• Monitor task progress and raise delivery blockers orrisks to the project team

• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and clients as needed

• Ensure operational tasks such as naming conventions, daily reports, and submissions are accurate and timely

• Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and internal initiatives within the Delivery team

About You

The company is looking for:

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, or internships (fresh graduates welcome)

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through

• Self-motivated and eager to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment

• Clear communicator in written and verbal English

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) for professional communication

• Positive, open-minded attitude with a growth mindset

• Interest in AI and experience with AI agents and automation is a plus

• Applicants inside and outside Malaysia are welcome; remote positions available for those outside Malaysia
