Main Responsibilities - Vendor & Partnership Management: Spend around 40% of working time in Shenzhen to oversee operations, build team alignment, and ensure project delivery

• Project Governance: Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk mitigation, and compliance with banking regulations.

• Project Lifecycle Ownership: Lead end-to-end execution of software projects (banking apps, AI/Web3 initiatives), ensuring compliance with HKMA regulations.

• Cross-Border Collaboration: Align Shenzhen� development output with Hong Kong-based business & tech teams to prioritize requirements, resolve blockers, and ensure seamless delivery.

• Technology Innovation: Drive adoption of AI/Web3 solutions where applicable (e.g., AI-driven customer analytics, blockchain-based settlements).

Requirements - Essential Bachelor� degree in Computer Science or related field; PMP/Scrum Master certification.

• 7+ years in project delivery, with 3+ years managing vendor relationships.

• Expertise in software implementation methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and risk controls.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English; exceptional stakeholder communication skills.

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as a senior position.
