Responsibilities
- In this role you will provide critical administrative, logistical, and communications support to the Educate Texas AI team
- You will help ensure the smooth execution of events, effective stakeholder communication, accurate data tracking, and up-to-date digital and presentation materials that support program goals for the fastest-growing team at Educate Texas
- Support program operations for the AI Collaborative portfolio, with a focus on coordination, execution, and follow-through
- Coordinate planning andlogisticsfor convenings, meetings, and related activities, including timelines, materials, registration workflows, and follow-up communications
- Serve as a central point of organization for program communications, managing shared inboxes, responding to routine inquiries, routing requests, and tracking next steps
- Maintain accurate records and tracking for program activities, including timelines, milestones, participation, and organized archives of program assets and materials used for meetings and events
- Collaborate closely with program staff and cross-functional partners toanticipateoperational needs,identifygaps, and support smooth execution across initiatives
- Stay informed about emerging AI trends and developments in education, helping surface relevant insights that inform program planning and communications
- Help support the collection ofdata that will inform theuse and adoption of AI across the Texas education ecosystem
- Bring a can-do attitude and flexible work style as EDTX is building a new initiative and the roles and responsibilities may adapt over time
- Ability to track data such as attendance, milestones, and participation for reporting needs

Your role

Experience you bring
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, public administration, or related field preferred
