Responsibilities

• This full-time role will oversee the design, development, and integration of the latest AI innovations into new and existing digital products, internal operations, and customer-facing experiences
• You will serve as the technical lead for AI product development, working cross-functionally with product, operations, learning & development, and executive teams to ensure our enhances business outcomes while staying true to our human-centered values

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI Software Developer to help build experimental AI product initiatives across our organization.
