Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Founding team - Customer Acquisition: Identify close "lighthouse" customers in the M&E and Sports space (Studios, OTT platforms, News Agencies, , Production Houses)
- Strategic Pilots: Design and lead "Flagship Pilot" programs that prove Crisp AI’s value proposition in real-world production environments
- Product Liaison: Act as the "voice of the customer." Translate the needs of M&E executives into actionable product requirements for our engineering team
- Ecosystem Networking: Leverage your existing deep-rooted connections to bypass gatekeepers and secure meetings with decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Post-Production, VPs of Digital Assets)

As Crisp AI moves from Early Access to commercial scale, we’re hiring a leader to capitalize on our technical edge, land flagship pilots, grow adoption, and make Crisp AI the leading platform in Media & Entertainment—then expand into other verticals where unstructured content is central.
Crisp AI is a content monetization platform that has prioritized engineering depth to deliver a more performant and accurate engine for rich-media workflows.
We help teams unlock insights from massive volumes of “dark” unstructured content: especially video—without needing to upload everything to the cloud.
We’re building a first of it’s kind enterprise-class solution designed for on-prem and hybrid environments, enabling contextual metadata generation, indexing, discovery, and narrative creation at scale.
We don't just generate; we make rich media (video, audio, 3D) "AI-ready" with context-aware metadata at a fraction of the cost and latency.
Key Responsibilities :
