What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining multiple AI tools, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows using input from domain specialists and end users.

• Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Applying LLMs as subject experts to create and update documents that capture domain knowledge and proprietary organizational expertise.

• Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual backing for business processes, ensuring data models are both efficient and scalable.

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
