Head of Computational Drug Design | AI Drug Discovery

I’m working with a BioAI Startup that’s building a next-generation drug design platform spanning small molecules and biologics .

They’re well-funded, have an extremely credible founding team, already generating revenue, and entering a critical growth phase as they scale their platform and client impact.

We're looking for senior leaders (lead to VP level) .

You’d be responsible for shaping the computational strategy for either antibody or small molecule design, and leading/working with a cross-functional team of AI researchers, domain specialists, and software engineers.

This isn’t a delivery-only role - it’s about setting direction, making trade-offs, and turning advanced computation into real-world impact.

They’re looking for someone with:

• A strong computational background applied to drug discovery

• Meaningful experience in biologics and/or antibodies (small molecule experience is a plus)

• A track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and putting models into production

• Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-ownership environment

London-based (2-3 days per week in the office)

Salary up to £130k DOE + equity
