Qualifications
- You’ve taken at least one major initiative from idea to live experiment (e.g., a new channel, playbook, or vertical GTM) with measurable results
- You’ve built repeatable systems around at least one successful experiment (workflows, templates, dashboards)
- You’re a trusted “go-to” operator for the CEO and leadership team on hairy, cross-functional problems
- You’ve developed a strong point of view on where CustomGPT should focus next — and you’re pushing those ideas forward with data, not just opinions
- 2–5 years of experience in a high-ownership environment:
- Early-stage startup, consulting, banking, product/ops, or
- You’ve founded or seriously built something yourself (startup, side project, non-profit, etc.)
- Founder mentality: you’re scrappy, biased to action, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Shape-shifter energy: you’re happy to jump between strategy and execution, from building a model in Excel to writing a cold email campaign to jumping on a customer call
- Strong writing & communication skills: you can write clear emails, docs, and decks that move people to act
- Analytical & data-comfortable: you can pull numbers, build models in spreadsheets, and make decisions based on data
- High standards & ownership: you care about the details, honor your commitments, and treat the business like it’s yours
- You’ve been a founder, early employee, or first hire on a new initiative
- Strong academic background (e.g., top-tier school or standout performance) — but we care more about proof you’ve built things than logos

Responsibilities
- You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO and leadership team to take ideas from 0 → 1 and, when they work, turn them into repeatable machines
- You’ll be a true generalist-builder
- Launch or scale a new channel: partners, affiliates, outbound, vertical-specific GTM, etc
- Design experiments, messaging, and basic playbooks, then iterate based on data
- Act as an “internal founder” for key initiatives
- Own 0 → 1 projects from concept to execution: market research, planning, execution, measurement
- Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to get them over the line
- Burn the midnight oil on execution
- Prospect and engage prospects or partners via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Build enablement materials: 1-pagers, decks, SOPs, onboarding flows
- Write landing pages, emails, and basic marketing copy when needed
- Build systems, not just projects
- Turn successful experiments into processes, workflows, and dashboards
- Document what works so it can be handed off to a team or future hire
- One week you might be analyzing Stripe data and building a cohort report;
- The next, helping refine product positioning for a new vertical

This is a Founder Track Business Associate role: high-ownership, cross-functional, and directly tied to company growth. You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO and leadership team to take ideas from 0 → 1 and, when they work, turn them into repeatable machines.

What You’ll Do

Job Details
