Full Description

HR Operations & Onboarding

• Prepare onboarding packs, verify documents, and maintain employee files and checklists.

• Coordinate IT/user access requests, JAFZA/ID passes, induction agendas, and buddy assignments.

• Maintain HRIS records, org charts, and trackers, support contracts, letters, and policy acknowledgments.

Training & L&D Support

• Schedule training sessions, manage LMS enrolments, and track completion.

• Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, post-training surveys, and feedback reports.

• Coordinate vendors/facilitators, certificates, and follow-ups.

AI, Systems & Process Improvement

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to draft templates, FAQs, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

• Build simple automations (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Make) for repetitive HR tasks.

• Create dashboards/trackers for HR KPIs (onboarding SLA, training hours, feedback scores).

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or Technology.

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic HRIS functions.

• Demonstrated interest or experience with AI tools and no-code automation.

• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow-through.

• Clear written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Exposure to HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle) or LMS administration is an advantage.

• Basic reporting/visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) is an advantage.

• Experience creating SOPs, templates, or playbooks is an advantage.
