We are currently seeking candidates for a Head of Engineering & AI position.

The Director of Engineering & AI will guide teams across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and AI/ML, ensuring modern architecture, strong execution, and consistent delivery.

The role balances long-term technology strategy with active leadership to drive real business outcomes through data and innovation.

• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives.

• Experience with enterprise data strategy and platform development.

• Exposure to scientific, biotech, or data-driven organizations is a plus.
